The most rewarding part of this career is helping clients from when they first walk into my office through when they're sitting at the closing table. Since starting in real estate in March 2024, I've closed more than 40 transactions and over $15 million in sales, and in 2025 I received Howard Hanna's Rising Star Award, which honors newer agents who quickly grow their sales while delivering a high level of client service. I help buyers and sellers in Penfield, Pittsford, Fairport, Perinton, Webster, Brighton, Henrietta, Greece, Spencerport, Chili, Churchville, Ogden and across the Greater Rochester area.

First-time homebuyers. Buying your first home can feel overwhelming. I've been through it myself, so I take the time to explain every step, from pre-approval to closing day, until you feel confident in each decision.

Downsizers. Selling the family home and buying your next one at the same time takes careful planning. I coordinate both sides on one timeline so the move feels manageable instead of stressful.

Sellers. Pricing, preparation and negotiation make the difference. One recent seller received four offers in six days and closed more than $50,000 over asking.

Rural homes and land. My experience helping operate a farm, from raking and storing hay to installing fences and maintaining equipment, gives me a practical eye for acreage, outbuildings and the upkeep that comes with rural property.
